"This was the pinnacle of our recent holiday to Sri Lanka.What a spectacular location! The rooms were big, comfy and incredibly clean. Food was freshly made, organic and delicious. The good sized luscious swimming pool was surrounded by tropical trees laden with wood apples and coconuts. The impeccably manicured garden was exquisite; where you could lounge at leisure in one of the numerous hammocks or enjoy the games facilities. The view of the birds flying low in formation over the vast expanse of the River Madu is simply breathtaking. What I liked most- Falling asleep on a hammock to the sound of cracking waves which was very relaxing and rejuvenating. What I didn’t like- having to leave this taste of paradise. A stunningly beautiful gem of a place!!!"
